When exposed to common ignition sources, CR Safeguard forms a stable char in the area exposed to the flame. In other words, this cushioning has excellent flammability characteristics and generates very low smoke. Each pillow is stuffed with up to 4Ѕlbs. of CR Safeguard Cushioning. ConstructionFrom the materials being cut and sewn to the insertion of the “Material Identification Tag” and “Neoprene Foam Tag”, all aspects of the pillow construction is implemented at the SMCC Mattress Factory. Each pillow is stuffed with 4Ѕ” pounds of CR Safeguard stuffing and measured to have a 5” loft. All seams face the inside except for the closing seam, which like the rest of the pillows are sewn with Tex 70 Nylon thread to insure durability.
