Acclaim Lateral Files’ updated, beveled-edge design showcase a variety of features that make them the perfect complement in any office setting. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 drawer high units, with widths of 30”, 36” and 42”. 5-high units are manufactured with a 13Ѕ” receding door with a fixed slotted shelf or a roll-out slotted shelf to hold binders. 11” drawers are made to hold hanging folders side-to-side. Front-to-back filing can be accomplished by adding front-to-back channels. The drawers are also slotted in 3” increments to accept plate dividers for additional storage options. Heavy-duty ball bearing suspensions permit smooth, effortless drawer operation. The Acclaim Files are tested to meet strict BIFMA standards. Safety With Acclaim Lateral Files, there are a number of features that minimize the possibility of tip-over: counterbalance weights, adjustable glides for proper leveling and patented interlock system that allows only one drawer to open at a time. All Acclaim Files are offered in a variety of standard finishes. Patented safety interlock system prohibits more than one drawer from opening at a time. The ball bearing suspensions in the Acclaim Files provide easy operation with increased load capacities. All 11” tall drawers include rails for hanging folders side-to-side. A 13Ѕ” receding door with a fixed or roll-out shelf provides ample room for binders on 5-high units.
